Skipping into the Summer term.

Last week, the children were lucky to have a session with an expert skipping teacher.  We played several games using skipping ropes and the children had great fun. We will certainly be using some of the skills we learned in our future PE lessons.

 

    

Our seed investigation.

We have been watching our cress and bean seeds grow with great interest this week.  We found that the seeds planted in soil were the most successful, followed by those planted in sand. We enjoyed eating our cress sandwiches, knowing that we had grown the cress ourselves!

We are still waiting for our mystery seeds to grow.
A few green shoots have appeared, but we still have no idea
what they will grow into!
