We're going on  dragon hunt!

We read a super story about a dragon hunt, and decided to go on one ourselves!  We packed a basket with all the things we thought we might need.  Then we walked right to the back of the field and into the woods........................

We found a baby dragon!

We carried it back to school and wrote letters to the baby dragon's Mummy to tell her where her baby was.  The next day, we found some mysterious footprints in the classroom and the baby dragon was gone!  Mummy dragon must have come into school in the night to fetch baby dragon. She was so grateful to us, that she left us some dragon sweets.  Dragons like marshmallows because they can toast them with their fire.

Letters and sounds.

This week, we began to learn to read and write letters.  We did lts of different activities to help us learn. Each sound has an action to help us to remember it-ask your children what they are!

Well done to the children who completed their sticker charts this week!
