A cup of coffee and a chat.

In preparation for our coffee morning, the children role played being at a coffee morning. First we read The Tiger Who Came To Tea, which showed us how NOT to behave!  Role play in small groups allowed the children to find out a little bit more about their new friends and demonstrate their lovely manners.

 

Before the event, the children enjoyed icing and decorating the cakes and biscuits.  

 

 

 

We would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who came along and supported our Macmillan coffee morning.  Thanks to generous donations from you and school staff, we raised a wonderful

Once all our guests had left, the children enjoyed eating their share of the cakes!
